The 955 high purity diaphragm valves offer high flow in a compact device. The 955 valves offer a variety of manual operators to fit the customer’s system requirements. Both the 955 manual and the Air Operated versions can be used in UHP systems up to 250 psig. The 955AOP is ideal for low vapor pressure gas delivery systems.
